Seeded Health Bread

Makes: 1 x 900g bread
Ingredients:
330 ml Lukewarm water (1⅓ cup)
10 ml Salt (2 tsp)
30 ml Brown sugar (2 tbsp)
30 ml Oil (2 tbsp)
500 g Whole-wheat flour (4 x 250 ml / 4 cups)
20 ml Sesame seed (4 tsp)
20 ml Poppy seed (4 tsp)
20 ml Linseed (4 tsp)
45 ml Sunflower seed (3 tbsp)
7 g Anchor Instant Yeast (1 stick pack)
    Water, to brush
    A mix of Seeds, to sprinkle
Method:
  1. Remove the pan from the bread machine.
  2. Make sure the paddle is in position and secure.
  3. Place the lukewarm water, salt, brown sugar and oil into the pan.
  4. Mix the flour and the seeds well. Add the mixture into the pan and insert the pan into  the bread machine.
  5. Make a shallow well in the flour and add the Anchor Instant Yeast
  6. Switch the machine on and press menu 1 – basic setting.
  7. Select 900 g/1 lb/1.5lb size loaf and medium colour settings.
  8. Check selections and press start.
  9. Optional: When the time indicates about 1h15, open the lid carefully and brush the top gently  with water. Sprinkle randomly with seeds or in a specific pattern. Close lid gently.
  10. When the cycle is complete, remove pan and allow cool for 10 minutes.

HINT:
Any choice of seeds may be used and 60 g of soaked dried fruit mix can be added for a fruit health bread, to be used for breakfast.
